Pale gold color with greenish highlights, a sign of youth. The initial nose is very fresh with candied citrus (kumquat), then develops into spiced notes. The attack on the palate is smooth and fresh, very elegant. Long finish (7 caudalies) that lingers on freshness and candied citrus.
