Wines Alentejo Vicentino - 2018

Appearance: bright golden yellow, already showing some signs of evolution. Nose: complex, featuring ripe white fruit (pear, peach), candied citrus, floral hints, and developing notes of honey, beeswax, and toasty undertones (if barrel-aged). Palate: broad attack, still fresh thanks to Atlantic influence, but with more pronounced roundness than in its youth. Silky texture, beautiful persistence, a saline and slightly honeyed finish. Style: an Atlantic white that is both lively and indulgent, evolving toward greater complexity with age.
