Appearance: ripe grapefruit, slight haze, opaque, moderately spaced fleshy legs First nose: white flowers, agility, pepper, very subtle vanilla Second nose: minty top note, herbal and pharmaceutical notes Palate: effervescent, small hints of vanilla balancing the acidity and citrus notes (blood orange or grapefruit), slight bitterness (tea?), subtly warm, light touch Reminds me of pharmakon I love those herbal notes, the botanical sensations, that delicate citrusy indulgence and that tea-like aftertaste (osmanthus?). Yes, there’s tea in the background. A demanding wine nonetheless, requiring plenty of focus during tasting.
