Wines Pays d'Oc Bastide des Songes - Peyre Brune - 2022

Pale yellow color with green highlights and remarkable brightness. The initial nose is very open and very fresh, marked by mineral and floral notes (white flowers). After swirling, the intensity increases, especially on the mineral notes. On the palate, the attack is fresh and generous, with lovely volume and a pleasant roundness developing mid-palate. The finish is taut and long (7 caudalies), still showing mineral and white flower notes, with an added hint of honey. A wine of character, still young, which should age beautifully.
