Young Chenin, taut, fresh. Floral, citrusy, mineral notes; precise and mouthwatering. Awakens the palate. Perfect as an appetizer. Served chilled at 52°F, as an aperitif with raw vegetables—black radish and sliced carrots—and toasts with tzatziki, fresh cheese, and hummus. The acidity of this Saumur Blanc cuts through the bitterness. Very refreshing.
