Pignoletto is a distinguished Italian grape variety, predominantly cultivated in the Emilia-Romagna region, especially in the Colli Bolognesi and surrounding hills. Expressing a fresh and lively character, Pignoletto features an aromatic profile rich with notes of green apple, pear, white peach, delicate floral hints, and often a gentle almond undertone.
