The cuvée PSI, primarily composed of the indigenous Tempranillo grape (known locally as Tinto Fino), occasionally blended with a small amount of Garnacha, showcases the exceptional character of old vines—many exceeding 40 years in age. The 2011 vintage benefits from a warm and balanced growing season, yielding grapes of optimal ripeness and concentration.
