Wines Moulin-à-vent Château Bonnet - Le Petit Brennay - 2022

Deep, semi-opaque purple-red color. The initial nose reveals notes of nail polish, with an alcoholic edge. On the second nose, crushed wild berries emerge, along with subtle roasted aromas, but these are quickly overtaken by ethyl acetate. A pity. The palate is broad on the attack, quickly leading to somewhat drying, persistent tannins, with flavors of crushed red fruit and pepper. The finish is peppery, with little length.
