The grape variety Fendant

Fendant, also known as Chasselas in other regions, is a signature white grape variety predominantly cultivated in the Swiss canton of Valais. This grape produces wines prized for their delicate and refreshing profile. In the glass, Fendant typically exhibits a subtle bouquet of white flowers, green apple, and citrus peel, with mineral nuances reflecting its alpine terroir.
