Xarel-lo is a white grape variety indigenous to Catalonia, Spain, most notably cultivated in the Penedès region. Renowned for its pivotal role in the traditional blend for Cava sparkling wines, Xarel-lo has become increasingly recognized for its quality as a single-varietal wine.
