Mantonegro is a distinctive red grape variety native to the Spanish island of Mallorca, forming the backbone of the region's finest red wines. The aromatic profile is marked by ripe red berries, such as cherry and strawberry, intertwined with floral nuances, hints of Mediterranean herbs, and subtle spicy notes reminiscent of cinnamon and pepper.
